My head hurt after class today. It felt so good to dig through our script and to define our objectives and motivations. Yet I still feel not all of us are believing in this concept of ensemble. I know you will get it. I don't believe I can teach it to you. I think you have to 'feel' it. And I know you will. We have this great weekend where we can take our time and find our voice as a class when it comes to this kind of work. This class isn't defined by other people. Just by us, being and doing what we want and need for all of us to achieve.

PS thanks for bringing your boxes. If you didn't get your box to class today, no worries. You just now have to paint it black yourselves.
